Prepare and Submit Your Abstract: Prepare a structured abstract of 250–300 words covering the Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion of your research. Abstracts may be original research, clinical case studies, systematic reviews, or meta-analyses in any area of gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive medicine, or infertility. Submit your abstract online via the Submit Abstract page on our website or email it directly to gynaecology@scientexconferences.com. 

Await Review and Acceptance: All abstracts undergo a rigorous blind peer review by our Scientific Committee. You will be notified of the outcome — acceptance, revision, or rejection within 3-5 working days. Accepted speakers will receive a formal acceptance letter.

Register as a Speaker: Upon acceptance, complete your speaker registration through the Registration page on our website. 

Book Your Accommodation: Reserve your stay at the conference venue hotel through the Registration page on our website. Early booking is strongly advised as rooms fill quickly during the conference period.

Prepare and Submit Your Presentation: Submit your final presentation in PowerPoint format at least 14 days before the conference. 

Attend and Present in Paris: Arrive at the conference venue on April 22, 2027, collect your speaker badge and welcome pack, and take the stage. Our conference team will be with you throughout — onsite and virtually — to ensure your session runs seamlessly. Engage with delegates, take part in the Q&A, and enjoy two full days of inspiring scientific exchange.

Get Certified: Following the conference, all speakers will receive a Certificate of Presentation confirming their presentation title, session, and conference details.
