Track: Minimally Invasive and Robotic Gynecologic Surgery
The Minimally Invasive and Robotic Gynecologic Surgery session examines contemporary surgical approaches ranging from advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy to robotic-assisted, vNOTES and vaginal procedures. It focuses on operative decision-making in complex gynecologic conditions, including endometriosis and uterine fibroids, alongside surgical safety, complication management and perioperative recovery. The programme also considers how emerging technologies and ERAS principles are influencing procedure selection, surgical outcomes and the delivery of minimally invasive gynecologic care.

Why is this Session Important?
Minimally invasive surgery continues to evolve through advances in surgical technology, operative techniques and perioperative care. Appropriate patient selection, procedural safety, management of complex cases and optimization of recovery remain central to achieving favourable surgical outcomes. This session provides a platform for evaluating emerging approaches, comparative outcomes and innovations that may influence the future of gynecologic surgery.
Does my Research Fit?
Original clinical, surgical, observational, experimental, translational, technological and interdisciplinary research addressing minimally invasive or robotic gynecologic surgery is welcome. Surgical studies, operative techniques, clinical trials, comparative outcomes, case reports, surgical videos, technology evaluations and innovative approaches relevant to the session are also encouraged.
