Özgür Alparslan is a Professor of Midwifery at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Türkiye, and serves as Head of the Department of Midwifery. He holds a PhD in Nursing from Istanbul University and has extensive experience in midwifery education, maternal and child health, and healthcare research. She has contributed extensively to scientific publications, research projects, postgraduate supervision, and academic activities. Through his teaching and research, she continues to contribute to the advancement of midwifery education and maternal and newborn healthcare.
