The report will present the results of a study of the expression of transcription factor Nrf2, as well as the apoptosis proteins Fas/Fas ligand and AIF in women with early pregnancy losses. The author will talk about how impaired Nrf2 expression is associated with the activation of apoptotic mechanisms in the trophoblast and how this affects pregnancy outcome. The report will discuss the molecular mechanisms of oxidative stress and apoptosis underlying pathological processes in early gestation, as well as demonstrate the diagnostic significance and prognostic potential of the studied beks in practical medicine.
