Presentation Title:

A case report of infertility treatment of a 36-year-old woman with AMH 0.97 and a 14-year history of infertility

Abstract

Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), which is known as ovarian reserve. At the time of puberty, preantral follicles and small antral follicles are produced from granulosa cells, and with increasing age, the amount of this hormone decreases, and following the decrease of amh, fertility is low and the chance of miscarriage increases.

Purpose: Proving the effectiveness of a healthy lifestyle in proper ovarian function and fertility in people with low antimullerin levels.

Method: A 36-year-old lady has had fertility problems for 14 years due to low anti-Müllerian levels. After consultation and counseling, she was treated with a lifestyle modification method and after four months of changing her sleeping and waking patterns, she became pregnant and now she has a child. It came and it is one year old.

Findings: Considering that low amh is the cause of infertility and hormonal interventions and invasive and expensive methods such as ivf, modifying the lifestyle with the lowest cost and without hormonal interventions is an effective way to treat infertility in the above cases.

Conclusion: Under the age of 45, there is no ovarian reserve, and the problem can be solved by modifying the lifestyle, which includes proper sleep, healthy nutrition, and exercise.
