A case report on the treatment of secondary infertility in a 33-year-old woman with antimullerin hormone, 0.2, and FSH=89, high prolactin
Abstract
Infertility is due to problems in the irregularity of hormones, such as high FSH and the decrease of antimullerin hormone, which is one of the main causes of infertility today. With the rise of FSH hormone, regardless of the age of the patient, in any age group, even at the age of 20, he is labeled as premature menopause, but by the grace of God and the science of dear Tajik professor, these people can be treated easily and without complications with lifestyle modification measures for high FSH. They experience And also about low Amh, which is not a suitable criterion to diagnose infertility and needs to improve the mental conditions and lifestyle of these people. This increasingly common problem and the heavy costs of infertility treatment cause disappointment in the treatment, in the event that the antimullerin level varies from one month to the next and cannot determine a woman's fertility, but in infertility evaluations, there is a lot of focus on this issue. Anti-Müllerian hormone is actually a hormone secreted by granulosa cells, which is produced in follicles that reach the antral stage every month, and its decrease does not indicate the absence of ovulation. However, many patients have been able to lower anti-Müllerian hormone by changing their lifestyle and other pregnancy prevention cases, to have successful pregnancies.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of a healthy lifestyle on the treatment of infertility with low antimullerin hormone and high FSH hormone treatment in infertile women who have not responded to medical treatment.
Method: A 31-year-old woman with antimullerin hormone level of 0.2 was married 11 years ago and has an 8-year-old child, and she has been trying for a second pregnancy for 2 years. Due to high fsh, this patient had stopped periods for several months, but in the process of treatment, the period returned. In recent years, she has taken several cycles of ovulation stimulation drugs under the supervision of an infertility specialist, and even the size of her right ovary, which was smaller than normal, was not treated with medical methods. The intramural fibroid of 13 mm in the uterus of low vitamin D (28) had caused the patient to worry. The patient was treated with lifestyle modification, including sleep pattern modification, exercise and walking, eliminating the consumption of sugar and preservatives, consumption of brains and healthy food, sprouts, abdominal massage and daily consumption of vitamin C and vitamin D were recommended. Healthy eating (removing preservatives and fast food and consuming fresh vegetables and nuts), Modifying the sleep pattern, Reducing stress by performing diaphragmatic breathing, yoga, exercise and walking.
Findings: After about four months of lifestyle modification, the patient got pregnant naturally without any hormonal drugs and is currently in her 30th week of pregnancy, and the health of the fetus has been confirmed by ultrasound and the necessary documents are available.
Conclusion: Considering the high statistics of infertility and the exorbitant costs of treatment, and considering the effectiveness and low cost of the treatment method of style modification according to the method of Aziz Tajik, it seems that it is necessary to pay more attention to this treatment style at the global level. Soon, the word premature menopause will be removed from beliefs and scientific books.
