A case report of treatment of secondary infertility in a 38-year-old woman with AMH (ovarian reserve hormone) of three tenths after two unsuccessful IVFs
Abstract
According to scientific references, AMH (ovarian reserve hormone) is one of the hormones found in women's blood. The probability of pregnancy and the level of egg quality are evaluated by measuring the level of this hormone in the blood. With increasing age, the level of this hormone decreases, and unfortunately, from the medical point of view. So far, there is no modern method or treatment to increase it.
Secondary infertility: The impossibility of getting pregnant again after the birth of one or more children after 6 to 12 months of trying for a couple without IVF.
IVF: Fertilization of eggs in the laboratory.
Purpose: The effectiveness of lifestyle modification is to increase amh, and as a result, to increase the level of egg quality and obtain reproductive power in women without taking hormonal drugs.
Method: A 38-year-old lady, who was married 13 years ago and has a 7-year-old daughter, tried to get pregnant again 4 years ago, and despite having regular periods, she did not get pregnant. She went to the infertility clinic, and then the relevant check-ups diagnosed infertility with the female factor amh: 3/3. IVF was done twice for the patient, which was unsuccessful, and after that, the infertility experts considered the pregnancy to depend only on the use of donated eggs.
Conclusion: Finally, the couple decided to modify their lifestyle for pregnancy 15 months ago, they were treated with a healthy lifestyle modification method, including proper nutrition, stress management methods, including abdominal breathing, yoga, walking, adjusting sleep and wakefulness patterns, massage, and ventilator, and were treated with vitamin C, Makavit f, Magniforte, royal gel, and help was received.
